Circularity

If and when one of our products comes to the end of its current product lifetime, it can be returned to us via our Waste Material Rescue Service, where it will go back into production, repurposed into a new product.

Upon doing so, you will be given a 5% discount on your next purchase with us.

Returns

We make sure that every finished product that leaves our workshop is in perfect condition and is properly packaged in recyclable packaging, ensuring it arrives safely. If you feel that your product is not up to scratch and you have discovered a issue, please contact us with as much information as possible, within 14 days of delivery. If you have exceeded the 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

All our products are made from natural materials which means their appearance will vary from product to product. We do not accept returns or refunds based on natural variations.
